ABOUT US
Miles of smiles foundation is a youth led non- governmental organization that was founded in 2017 by young people living with HIV. The foundation works hand in hand with other organizations and networks to implement activities that benefit children, young people and the community at large.
OUR OBJECTIVES
- To provide a safe learning environment for young people living with HIV/AIDS without fear of judgment.
- To carry out income generating training workshops, seminars and conferences aimed at enabling members and their families acquire appropriate and necessary skills needed to establish income generating activities for self-reliance.
- To provide care and support to HIV/AIDS infected and affected, to provide nutritional supplements, domestic kits and food supplies to starving children youths and other persons living with HIV/AIDS.
- To inculcate into and empower children and youth, a spirit of self esteem/self worth, consciousness and unity of purpose in order to help them to uncover their full potential.
